- Gulbarga Division included Bidar District, Gulbarga, Osmanabad, and Raichur District
- Gulshanabad District or Medak division included Atraf-i-Baldah, Mahbubnagar district, Medak district, Nalgonda district (Nalgundah), and Nizamabad districts, and
- Warangal Division included Adilabad, Karimnagar, and Warangal districts
