Telangana March

Telangana movemen has reached one more destiny .i.e Telangana March after the Million march which was conducted last year march 9,2011. Now the JAC and allied parties have decided to conduct a peaceful march fast of the Telanagana separate state . in view of the march the State and central govt are discussing the Telanagana movement ever before. TRS President ,Sri K. Chandrasekahara Rao was in capital from last week interacting and discussing the matter with ruling govt about the Separate State hood . In The region almost all the organization are meet to conduct the march and discussed the road map  , even though the leader were met Governer , Former IB Chief  Sri ESL Narsimhan , Home Minister Smt Sabitha Indra Reddy and many more official in the govt and intimated about the March . Even though they were quoted that we will conduct the march in democratic and peaceful way to express the need of the separate state . till now the political analysts are saying that the central will take decision in this month . In Hyderabad from Oct 1 the Govt and UNO conducting the world bio-diversity summit 2012 at HITEX , almost all the countries are attending the summit, In view of this the leaders of the state from ruling and opposition are stated that postpone the march to next month after the summit, here they said that it is a prestigious summit for the nation as well as for the State.   as per my concern it is not prestigious when we compare with the people of the telangana. we lost our identity , we lost our culture , we lost our independence , we lost our bio-sphere , we lost our mines and minerals, we lost our democracy in the state , we lost every thing what we discuss humanity and prosperity .

In the March TJAC, TUF, TPF are participating at one platform, here the political parties doesn’t have any source to deviate the march , they have only one choice that is to participate in the march. we have a sad news that the former freedom fighter and the telnagana activist Sri Konda Laxmana Bapuji passed away without seeing his dream of Separate telangana State. We Strongly condemns his death and  we lost one more great fighter and who will guide the Telangana activists as a godfather after Prof JayaShankar.

What a Political Leader Thinking About Telangana

Today i watched a Telugu News Channel continuously telecasting a press meet of Mr Motukupalli Narsimulu TDP MLA at NTR Bhavan and telecasted a video of Mr KCR speech in AP Assembly in the year 1995 regarding the zonal system. in his video kcr said that " we are losing the employ ability due the 610 G.O., 6 point formula, we have funds but are not utilizing properly ". these words are repeatedly telecast. I have a doubt about the politics of TDP Leaders That on dec 10 ,2009 where are these political leaders when the TDP Coastal Region MLA's are resigned their Seat for the Declaration of Telanagana on midnight ?  if KCr is said the words in assembly in 1995 after 6 years he realized where we were lose . at the same time when G.O Ms 610 is framed he was also one of the leader in Assembly. Mr Motukupalli is also using very rash words in high peach that the Konda Laxman bapuji is only the real Telanagana Leader. But I have a question that at the age 98 what he can do ., in certain cases he was unable to speech about the telanagana, even though he can't stand properly. what he can do at this age ? i am not insulting the   great freedom fighter, but i have a doubt . whether the yerraballi or  Motukupalli will fought for telangana. Whether they know the people's problem . How to solve Mr Motukupalli is a senior leader in TDP and MLA from Nalgonda District  . Does He know how to solve the Floride problem across the district . This problem has came up today this is continuing from decades Now it is reached to Maxim. Now what is the solution he can made to public. Yeraballi is one of the best leader in shouting to surplus a issue in telangana. He always says that i can show the evidence about the corruption about the TRS leaders. What he  know except the corruption  ?.

as per my opinion people should take the movement into their hand., run the movement and the send these political leaders from public leaders. Now a days the Media has grownup just like crawl. So leaders are kings before Media Not in public ., Even they dont know how to solve the problems. They Know only How to popular in Media.

Who are supporters to Telangana

Last week in the State Assembly the opposition leader Sri N.Chandhra Babu Naidu has put a vote of confidence Bill against the Kiran Kumara Reddy govt on raise of prices,farmers death and other poor maintenance of the govt policies etc..  The Discussion is continued for the 2-days and wasted lakhs of stakeholders money of the State and used the Assembly to show the strength of the all the parties including the YSR Congress, TDP,CPI,CPI(M),TRS,Prajarajyam., at last the govt won the vote of confidence by 160-120 and the govt is now stable to continued  in power for next two years . Here we have to discuss one thing that is the Telangana Congress MLA's are voted in favor of the Kiran Govt not for the Telangana Why means they want the power not the Telangana , even though they are able fully efficient in speeches for the sake telangana , but they never done a strong work for telenagana, In all the meetings and press meeting they told that the "Congree Govt will form a new Separate Telanagana .no one can form a new State except Congress and Sonia Gandhi ".,  if the MLA's vote against the State govt the Central Govt may think the State position., last visit of the CM to Delhi ., he had submitted a report to the PM That is the situation in The State in under control and only 4 districts of the telangana only seeking for Separate Telangana and the remaining 6 Districts  peoples are against the state and he also quoted that the in 6 Districts Satellars are the Deciding Factors for the State Politics . even in his report Telangana people has no place and the seemandhra peoples will make a decision on the telangana politics., where is the democracy? where is the justice for the telangana people?  Is Telangana peoples are not facing Racisim in the State ????????????????????

Mayavathi on Separation

Uttarpradesh largest geographical and population state in India now in News that the Kum. Mayavathi Chief Minister of Uttarpredesh had placed a resolution in the State Assembly to divide the State into 4 States and the bill is passed in the assembly and the Assembly is adjourned . She told last in the media press meet that the BSP Led govt is in favor of the State Reorganization. as the central govt is in the mood of Second SRC. Now the Central govt is in confusion ., because in 2010 the central govt said that the state should pass the bill for carving  a state ,this is said in view of the telangana movement . Now one of the Union of India State passed a bill in the Assembly and moved the bill before parliament . Here is some problems are there that whether the central govt will take a decision on UP Bill or establishes a Second SRC in India . Both will create a panic in A.P. Most of the cases it is a negative for telangana .

What the Media is doing in Andhra Pradesh

Today afternoon all the news channels are head towards the one of the media channel ABN AndhraJyothi Telugu for the upcoming roar between the Telangana and Vishalandhra MahaSabha . The Issue is more became more tug-off war when Yesterday Night the same channel conducted a debate on the PM's Comments on telangana. In the Discussion Former MP Sri A Chandhara Sekhar and Seprate Andhra Movement activist (Not Samaikandhra ) Sri Chalasani Srinivas participated, during the discussion Sri Parakala Prabhakr Was invited on a Phone call , in between of the debate certain time he said that the Telanagana people's want the United Andhra Pradesh not the Separate Telangana  at same time both were came to challenge to prove the same in between the public at Vikarabad which is near to Hyderabad City in the presence of the ABN Andhra Jyothi Channel. The Idea is good for the Channel , But at the same time Channel people must have knowledge regarding the situation in telangana  and the accountability of the persons., why means Mr Parakala Prabhakar is M.A(Eco) From Cambridge University and he is a good economist ( in his term) ,. he has been in the media for the last 5 years from Etv2 to Vishalandhra Mahasabha Founder Member. He played a prominent role to establish the Party PRP(Praja Rajyam Party) along with Dr Mitra , before he joined with the MegaStar PRP he worked with the BJP in the state as a gen Sec/ Media Coordinator for a long time. when he was in the BJP There is no objection in Separate Telangana( Kakinada Resolution 'One Vote Two States'), when he was joined in PRP they are committed to the 'Social Telanagana' ( Prabhakar is one of the member in defining the Socail Telanagana in PRP agenda)  after quitting the PRP he changed his attitude and Saying the Vishalandhra mahaSabha. Was he had committed to any decision taken by him or his people/  I have a doubt that he worked as a columnist and Article writer for the eenadu Telugu Daily does he had wide scope in respect of the telangana . Was he became an Ideologist for  VishalanAndhra MahaSabha? Every time in media or in meeting he roars over Right to talk (in telugu భావ ప్రకటన స్వతంత్రియం ). Whether the telangana peoples using the right to talk in andhra pradesh since 1956. Does these peoples dont have right to talk in media or anywhere in india.

Will Telangana is on U Turn ?

few days ago Uttarpradesh Chief Minister Kum. Mayavathi said in a press conference that the UP state govt is ready to pass bill for diving the Uttarpradesh State into 3 states , because of the administrative conflict and also she said that the bill will be passed unanimously in the state Assembly.  By these words of the CM utterpradesh almost all the national parties takes u turn in state reorganization. as the Ruling party AICC member and the Andhrapradesh Incharge and the negotiator in telangana said in Chennai "now the govt  Central Govt needs wide consultation in State divides ", it may conduct a meetings with National Parties in coming days  meanwhile yesterday BJP Senior Leader Sri Lal Krishna Advani said that there is a need of a uniform resolution for State Reorganization in coming days ., but also he said that the Telangana is separate issue with respect to other states., BJP is the only National Party which gives full support to the Separate Telangana State-Hood,now they are in confuse state. Syamainkandhra JAC opposing the Second SRC. they want to implement the last suggestion made by Justince SriKrishna Committee  report in jan 2011 . What will happen in coming days . whether peoples will fight against the political leaders ? whether they start  a revolution like in middle east and Africa ? Whather the Govt will made a resolution in winter session?   ..........................................

Center will take Decision on 13 NOV?

Today as we seen the telugu news channels are telecasting regarding the telangana issue that the central government will make a decision before 13^th nov 2011 , as the AICC members Sri Digvijay Singh and Sri Rashid Alwi made a press conference said the government will frame a Second State Reorganization Committee (SRC) to consider the separate statehoods in India , in the same press meet Mr Rashid Aliwi said that telangana issue is separate from the Second SRC it will consider Telanagana issue separately and decision will not be create on impact on the Second SRC. Meanwhile finance minister Sri Pranab Mukarjee made a statement that the government is seeking a resolution for uniform rules for state reconstruction throughout India further. It leads to surplus the Telanagana movement in Telanagana late night today the regional news channel made breaking news that the Home Ministry will made a statement before 13 nov 2011.

Same time the state political parties reacting on their own style like TDP are in favor of Second SRC and some of them are defending the news of the Second SRC, Rayalaseema ,Samaikandhra Leaders are welcome the news , BJP is reacting that the Congress Govt want to surplus the peaceful movement., TRS are also defending the news and said that they want separate Telanagana only not SRC. When we overview the SRC from independence. After Independence the Govt setup 4 committee for the State formation , first was sitaramaih committee it was opposed the linguistic state, second Justice S.K. Dhar committee, and JVP( Jawaharla Nehru, Vallabhai Patel, Patabhi Sitaramaih), next Justice   Pazal Ali committee  , Pazal Ali committee is last committee for the state formation based on the report of the Ali the Central Government formed new 16 linguistic State in India . it is strongly recommended that some state should not form based on the linguistic , because regional imbalance and Socio-economic factors., one of them is telangana.  

Today The movement party TRS has conducted the Polite Bureau meeting at Telangana Bhavan and said that PD Act must be withdraw from the political leaders during the telanagana movement and release   Polite Bureau member Sri Cheruku Sudhakar, all TRS MLA’s,MP’s attends the ongoing winter sessions in state and parliament and also discussed about the HUNGER Strike of the TRS MLA’s and it will discussed in State committee soon . On the Other side Konda Laxman Bhapuji Freedom fighter had said that on 22 nov they are going to conduct a march to parliament from jantharmathar to Parliament almost all the TDP, Congress MLA’s will participate .

Sri Komati Venkat Reddy was called off his hunger strike yesterday on the presence of the Congress MP’s ,JAC leaders and Yadamma mother of Yadi Reddy ( Susicider before the parliament last month) and Discharged from NIMS today .

Komatireddy hunger strike continues 9th day

Nalgonda MLA's Sri Komati Reddy Venkat Reddy continues hunger strike in NIMS , Hyderabad for 9th day . NIMS doctors are using Fluids for his health safety, He is going to continue the strike till decision from the Central Govt . Yesterday after meeting with Smt Sonia Gandhi , Sri Gulam nabi Azad had made a press statement that the Govt is ready to take the decision on Telangana issue within 2days i.e 10 or 11 nov. the sources also quoting that the decision is from govt at the same time it is the decision of the Congress Working Committe or else AICC , early the govt thought to conduct the all party meeting of the state parties ., but when 3 Congress MLA's were joined in TRS they had changed  the decision and they are ready top say something whether it is favor to the Telanagana or not. the decision is will be made by the Home Minister Sri P. Chidambaram . he is one of the conflict maker in telangana issue , on DEC 9, 2009 he made a statement for separate telangana on behalf of the Central Govt., but it was changed on DEC 23  for constructing a committee  for state hood .

BJP is Conducting Telangana Meeting

National party Bharatiya Janatha Party is conducting TELANGANA PORU SABHA NAMELY NALGONDA TELANGANA PORU SABHA, at NG college grounds , Nalgonda . thousands of people attended from the nalgonda and its surrounding districts. this meeting is mainly conducting as per the decision taken by the TJAC before the people's strike ,this is the 3 rd JAC meeting in telangana . , firstly it is conducted  meeting at karimnagar with the help of the TRS party., second was conducted at KHMAMM by CPI(ML)., and the turn to the BJP Leading party in JAC. Smt Sushma Swaraj  BJP floor leader in Loksabha, Dynamic adn eneygytic leader  for the telengana support. along with her  State leader VEnkaiah Naidu , Kishan Reddy, K.LAxman, JAC Chairmen Prof Kodandaram., CPI(ML) suryam etc are attended the meeting .

Hunger Strike in Telangana

Telangana Agitation has taken new turn . three days back the leading Party MLA's Sri Dr Saraaih (Station Ghanpur) Sri Jupalli Krishna Rao ( Kollapur ) and the Independent MLA and supporter to the govt Sri Somavarapu Satyanarayana has resigned their party and the MLA post and joined into the TRS party along with their supporter in Telangana Bhavan immediately the opposition has started cold war over the splitting of the Congress. KCR has stated that this is the begin only not the end for the Govt -Led Congress and TDP parties in telangana . Today the leading newspaper in telugu had published a banner item that the Congress govt giving FORTUNER car to the MLA's which are cost of 25 lacs as a gift for not leaving the party , but still congress govt fear about the anti-defictions in the ruling govt. one more development in the congress politics is Ex-minister (IT& Youth Affairs Cabinet) Sri Komati Reddy Venkat Reddy has begun a hunger strike at Telangana Chowk , Nalgonda. He demads the road map to the seperate telnagana formation . it will completed first day and continuing for the second day ,cold war has begun in the langonda district congress politics when dri RAmreddy Damodhar Reddy has given a press statement that Komati Reddy begun the strike for the sake of self-fish in the district. i.e it is the signal for the Group Politics in the district congress, at the same time Sri Konda Laxman Bapuji stared  one week  relay strikes at Jantharmanthar, New Delhi along with his supporters T.TDP, expelled TDP leader Nagam Janadhran Reddy, TUF Vimmalakka and many more. Mean while in the late night the warangal police tried to arrest the WARANGAL EAST Sitting TRS MLA Sri Dhasyam Vinay Bhasker on non-bailable case for disturbing the ANDHRA PRADESH Formation Day at warangal. He was disturbed the meeting by tearing the flexes on the dais of the A.P Formation .he was pulled by the police . the police are surrounded the MLA's House at hanumakonda.     

People's Strike may be Called off to-night

TNGO's called off the people's strike after the day long discussion with the govt . TNGO's has put 9 Demands before the Cabinet Sub Committee and the Chief Secretary  to the Govt and the Chief Minister of Andhra Pradesh . late night the govt has approved the proposal of the TNGO's Demands . Later in the day TNGO's met the Cabinet Sub Committee they cam to the conclusion on the demands but later in the evening when the TNGO's were going to sign the agreement it was changed and the employees were disagree with the last para mentioned in the  agreement .i.e. Govt will not consider the on duty during the strike period . at last in the late evening with the discussion Hon'ble Deputy Chief Minister Sri Damodara Raja Narsimha and the Chief Minister Sri Nallari Kiran Kumar Reddy they came to the conclusion and accepted all the demands with effect.

This is major development in the Strike towards the govt because of  not active participation of the Political Leaders from the ruling govt and the opposition this was lead to withdrawn the strike . 

Demands are follows:

1. G.O. Ms .No 177 should be abolish( suspend) . the Govt says that it  the go is in the High Court at now we will take any action against the court it will leads to the contempt of the court.

2. Withdrawn the ESMA( Essential Service Maintenance Act 1986) must be remove from  all departments.

3. Withdraw all cases registered against the employees during the Strike.

4.Outsourcing employees  should be rescheduled . those who are removed from the service during the Strike period .

5. Advance Salary Payment for the period of the People's Strike.

6. Inquiry will taken for the attack on the TNGO's Leader Sri Swamy Goud in Hyderabad.

Why the Strike is called off ? 

reasons are so simple .

1. political leaders are self-fish  they thought about their credibility .

2.Even though they weakest leaders in Telangana . They will accept all the position in the govt . for ex: Damodara Raja Narsimha accepted the position of the Deputy CM after the 1975's

3. The Minister's and MLA's will not resign their job because they want blackmail the govt to get some good position or else

4. They spent lot of money in the election , so they want recover the money from the Govt or people's it will happen when they are the supporter to the govt.

5. the Congrees Govt will not come to the power in the Telanagana Region and also in the Coastal Andhra Region after the separating the State this is the second major Cause.

I salute to the Employee's of the Telanagana Region for  their Long run People's Strike for the Sake Of Separate Telangana State Hood.they are continued the strike for 42 days alone without the support of the political parties of the Telanagana region except the TRS, BJP, CPI, CPI(ML) New Democracy.

Telanagana Lawyers Rally at Nalgonda

Today Telangana Lawyer's JAC Started a rally  from miryalaguda to nalgonda for the sake and support to the people's strike and they will conduct a mass meeting at ' Telangana Chowk' at nalgonda  follows by TELANGANA DHOOM DHAAM'.  Telanagana High Court Judicial Employees withdrawn the Strike for the sake of the retirement of the Chief Justice in this week  after than they will continue the strike till the Telangana Formation.

Record Break Strike in Telangana

TNGO's has created a new history in telagana movement , they are continued strike for 41 st day. This is the longest strike in Telanagana movement previously in 1969 TNGO's were in strike for 39 days continuously. TNGO's across the telangana region are in strike now along with the TNGO's the Telangana Electricity Employees , A.P Treasury Employee's are in Strike , Some Departments Like Education and APSRTC are withdraws the strike temporarily due the sake of Children's Education in Telanagana Region and they accepted to teach on Sundays and holidays to complete the syllabus. Singarani Colories employees are also withdraws the strike temporarily due to the Electricity Crisis's in Southern India.  The State Govt has given so many gifts and rewards to the employees ,but the continued the strike for 35 days then they withdraw temporarily . first the the RTC employees Recognized Union ( Not in Telanagana) National Mazdur Union (NMU) President Nageshwar Rao and Mahamud( both are from andhra region) went for the dialogues with the govt and made a statement without consulting the telanagana region NMU employees that they are withdrawn the strike . this is the first " Vennu Potu" in Telanagana Movement . then the Telanagana NMU leaders are formed a new UNION known Telangana Mazdur Union(TMU). But they is a lapse in the movement that is the political leaders are not active participant in the people's Strike.
 Now the govt is estimating the lose of income during the people's strike .the estimate values may be varies to the actual figures which are not revealed by the State Govt.

People's Strike Calledoff partially

In Telanagana Region People's Strike is called off piratically . RTC, EDUCATION, SINGARANI  are exempted from the continuous strike due to wide range of consultation in the region  due to the strike the govt loses app Rs 1500 crores  from these departments only . in singanrani nearly 1000 crores lose  . Singarani employees digs around 1.50 cu.tones of coal from the both open cast and under ground mining daily .  around 1.2 lacs teachers will continue their job from today by conditional . they teaches in the morning hour and strike will continue in the afternoon session. Remaining departments in A.P.State will continue the strike.

27 days after the strike was temporarily delayed the RTC. RTC strike forced the government to a loss of around 150 crore. JAC has given telanagana bandh call on monday . the existing rail rokho will continue for the next two days . High Court Judicial Employees will join the strike from Monday the notice is given to the High Court registraor today

తెలంగాణా లో మొదటి రోజు 'రైల్ రోఖో' కార్యక్రమం విజయవంతమయింది. వందలాది మంది ప్రజలు రైల్వే ట్రాక్ లమీద తమ నిరసనను తెలియజేసిరు రైల్ రోఖో సందర్భంగా వందలాదిగా కేసులు బుక్ చేసినారు . కరీంనగర్ జిల్లా పార్లమెంట్ సభ్యుడు శ్రీ పొన్నం ప్రభాకర్ ను మరియు శ్రీ జీవన్ రెడ్డి గారు ను కరీంనగర్ లో అర్రెస్ట్ చేసి 14  రోజుల  రెమింద్ కి పంపించినారు  . ఒక పార్లమెంట్ సభ్యుడు ని అర్రెస్ట్ చేయడం ఏది మొదటిసారి అది రైల్వే అచట లో అర్రెస్ట్ చేయడం . రాజస్తాన్ లో (2009)గత సం!! జరిగిన  గుజ్జర్ల పోరాటం లో కూడా ఈల జరగలేదు . రాజస్తాన్ లో గుజ్జర్లు ఏకంగా ౧౫ రోజులు రైల్ రోఖో కార్యక్రమం ని నిర్వహించి హింసాత్మకంగా మారిన కూడా ఎలాంటి చెర్యలు తెసుకోలేదు కేంద్ర ప్రభుత్వం , కానీ ప్రభుత్వ దమనకాండ మాత్రం తెలంగాణా లో కొనసాగుతుంది . ప్రభుత్వమా ఈవిదంగా అనిచివస్తేయ్ ఉద్యమం వువేతున ఎగిసి పడుతుంది .  

27 రోజుల తరువాత R T C సమ్మెను తాత్కాలికంగా వాయిదా వేసింది .R T C సమ్మె వలన ప్రభుత్వాని కి సుమారు 150 కోట్లు నష్టం  వచ్చింది. ప్రభుత్వ నిరంకుశత్వ పోకడల కు నిధర్శంగా ప్రైవేటు స్చూల్స్ యాజమాన్యానికి నోటిసులు ఈచింది . సోమవారానికి కాళ్ళ అన్ని  ప్రైవేటు స్చూల్స్ ఎలాంటి పరిస్తుతులో నైయిన ప్రైవేటు స్చూల్స్ తెరువాలని లేదా ప్రైవేటు స్చూల్స్ గుర్తింపు రాదు చేస్తా మని ప్రభుత్వం ప్రకటించింది .

2nd Phase Rail Rokho in Telangana

Telangana is now in full swing of Rail rokhos on 15,16,17 oct 2011. this is the 2nd phase of Rail rokho after the commencement of the telangana Employees People's Strike which is successfully running since 32 days across the telanagana region for the Separate State Hood . as per recent developments in rail rokho almost all leaders and JAC persons are arrested even though this time the Congress MP's are participating in the rail rokho .
Yester day Mr Manda Krishna Madiga conducting a dharna at IndiraPark to reopen the schools  and exempt from the Telanagana Agitation .,he quoted that KCR and His Family Playing games with students and their families ., as per my view he is conducting cast politics Telangana agitation . he belongs to the sc community when the agitation begins in 2009 he said that telangana should form after the SC Reservation Classification . IS is related to telangana ? Whether he know what a telnagana people need ?
Now telanagana agitation is in peak stage at this stage we need a leader not dectator like manda kkrishna?
I Have a question to manda Krishna Madiga . Why should not take active role in Telangana agitation ?
what do u want ? do u want telangana ?
 or do u need cast based Telanagana? u should justofy u r self ?

Telangana Liberation Day

Telangana Liberalized from the crawl of Nizam of Hyderabad . He made a statement on Deccan Radio ( Nizam State Offical Radio) on 17 Sep 1948 to agree to merge in Indian Union . It is a great victory of the Nationalist and Communist Party of India , and various rebellion people of Telangana. Now after 63 years or 23010 days Telangana people are treating similar as nizam rulers . Is it Soveriegn Status ., Is it not a Human Rights Violation., Is the Govt implementing the Constitution in Andhara Pradesh.            like so many question will arise. who will give the answer the govt . the constitution or the people who suffering.  Basically It is the victory of Communist Party  they started Armed Struggle against the Racist Khasim Razvi., he is the commander for the Nizam Army   for a period of 10 years., some of the well known freedom fighter are Ravi Narayan Reddy, Bommagani Dharma Bixam ,Chennamanani Rajeshwara Rao. Magdhum., etc. The armed struggle started from Nalgonda Dist and spread across the telangana region within a few weeks.

People's Strike is in full swing across the Telangana region. The Govt is in dailama ( not able to decide what to do)   for the action and decision over peoples strike and on Telangana Statehood. first we have to check todays development in people's strike ...
1.. NGO's Organization President Sri. Swamy  Goud was arrested at Gandhi Hospital , Musheerabad Hyderabad.
2..RTC employees are conducted a strike at city on private tourists for conducting the  unofficial transportation in Hyderabad.
first of all i have to discuss about the Mr Swamy Goud arrest. He is a Govt employee and he is a recognized union leader in Andhra Pradesh  and he is the representative from the employee in JAC( Joint Action Committee)  ., seriously he is the representative for 2.5 lacs employee in telangana region .  He was arrested under preventative act 151 while he was visited Gandhi Medical College, Hyderabad Put at Chilkalguda PS.,Hyderabad ., after 2 hours of agitation across the telangana region  he was released from the PS he was accomplished by the Sri. K. Chandrashekara Rao ., President TRS., Prof. Kodanda Ram ( Chairman Political JAC), Sri Srinivas Goud ( Gazetted Officer ., Commissioner) etc..
Why they arrested the Swamy Goud ., first thing is that employees are given a strike notice to the govt before a month on the background of their demands. as per the supreme court judgement and as per the govt GOs Strike notice must be given before 15 days or 45 days both are performed by the employees unions . It is not an accidental strike in telangana region ., but truly notice given strike . so their is no question of arrest of any employee . even while in the strike their is no stone pelting, stealing ,firing  etc and their is no  anti social elements in the movement ., they want only security collapse in the movement than only govt will get a chance to surplus the movement . All JAC are decided  to join the PEOPLEs Strike fully functionally from 19 sep 2011 onwards till  the bill is placed in the Parliament House and Pass it  

People Strike

TELANGANITIES ARE ROARING .. .......TELANGANITIES ARE MARCHING ......TELANGANITIES ARE SELF SACRIFICING .................... FOR ONE SAKE  THAT IS TELANGANA INDEPENDENT STATE IN UNION OF INDIA...

Now the people are roaring  for separate telangana . they have lot of weapons in their bow  utilized frequently   for formation of separate Telanagna State . Now the Employee's of the United Andhra Pradesh Telanagana Region had begun   PEOPLE's Strike  towards the formation Of Separate Telanagana. What is People strike ?..... Is it the solution for the separate State Hood . or Is is right the way to approach the the Statehood.
Some What it is true . why means  people's strike is nothing involving all the sectors of the people of the particular region including the peoples , employees , unorganized employee , educational institutions .etc. In the People's Strike all the departments will be in sleeping mode which leads to  economic crisis in the specific region or particular geographical areas . It is wide spread successful in  various agitations and revolutions basically it is  the concept of the revolutionist . Now the Telanganities are adopted the same concept but have some changes in the concpet. i.e   Telanganities are using the peolpe strike in the context of separate telangana. Why we need Telangana ?  1... self governance by telanganaties.. 2. self Respect 3.. Water for Irregation  and Drinking   4...  Employment ....  5 .. Up Liftment of the Lower Class Families or Socially , Economically  Backward  families ...

 Telangana is a republic country during the british empire rule . Tealanaga is the one of the 562 repulic countries in the British Ruled India . when India has got the Independence telangana is under the rule of Nizam's of Hyderabad has 20 distrcits like telangana 10 districts , 4 karnataka districts( Ballary , Raichur etc) , 5 maharastra districts( Nandhed etc) . wide spread of the minerals and natural resources . before merging in India it is the richest republic country in  India and across the world .Nizam's of Hyderabad are great rulers in the sense of the administration and development including the irrigation and agriculture and also in culture
Hyderabad State has separate Rail and Road Transport separately (NIZAMs STATE RAIL AND ROAD TRANSPORT CORPORATION) , Irregation Department  here i will mention something that is 5 Th nizam (Ibrahim ) prepared a draft for constructing of 35  middle and major projects across the telangana for irregation and water now they are surplussed during the United Andhra Govt. (like Ichampally ., Maneer etc) some projects are running for the past 60 years .... if v discuss it will continue .....
Next as all we know the Telangana is merged into Andhra with an agreement ie GENTLEMEN AGREEMENT BETWEEN Telangana and Andhra People mainly it is political agreement ... after the agreement they had ruled out .  next they introduced  MULKY Rules. it is also ruled out various commission are existed and reports are ruled out... one of them TELANGANA REGIONAL BOARD it is formed under the constitution of the India under the Articv\le 371(D) it  has wide power with respect of the telangana
 as of my knowledge it is functioned not morethan 15 years in United Andhra Pradesh. Recently it is revoked by Dr Y. S. Rajasekhar Reddy during his regime 2004-2012 by appointing Sri Uppunoothala Purushothama Reddy as the Chairmen of The TRB(TELANGANA REGIONAL BOARD) one time he stated that "i was appointed as the chairmen but i don't have the chair to seat in the TRB Office". that is the position of the TRB and telagana region . even it has formed under article 371(d). But some of the neighbor leaders are stating that we can frame Strong and secure constitutional powers for telangana region, but they don't know about the article 371(D) and TRB 's  .. Next Girglany report of the employments in telanagana it is said that 42% employment will filled from telagnana region only in this case only we got the zonal system in andhra pradesh ., But we know recently 14(f) partially removed but till is incomplete G.O..,Ms.610 was issued during  Telugu Desam Govt .. Sri . Dr  N T Rama Rao  but it is not implemented till now( over 30 years) .  Dr. Y.S Rajashekar Reddy has implemented similar to G.O.610 in his own distrcit Kadapa with a  month and send all the non local from the district to their native place but it is not implemented in case of the Telanagana this was read in a newspaper...
